The week that we booked for our cruise happened to be the Fantasy’s Itinerary B for Eastern Caribbean, which meant that instead of stopping at St. Maarten first and then St. Thomas, we got to stop at St. Thomas and San Juan. We were glad that we did the alternate itinerary because we fell in love with Old San Juan and enjoyed that it was so different from St. Thomas.
Anyway, back to the beautiful port of St. Thomas. This post is going to be a big fat feast for your eyes with lots of pictures from the ship pulling into port. It was such a gorgeous day in the Caribbean!
We were lucky enough to be the first ship to arrive in port, so no tender was necessary.
I enjoyed watching the colors change as the day progressed. The first few photos were right after sunrise and as the sun rose higher, the water turned to a brighter shade of blue, the mountains became greener, the boats anchored offshore became whiter.
Up Next on the Disney Cruise posts – Our awesome excursion on the Doubloon to snorkel at Turtle Cove and the rest of our day on St. Thomas!

I adored how all of the cute little boats were dotting the water around the island. Yeah, having a berth is convenient, but I kinda like how St. Thomas looked “untouched” in that regard.
