That’s right. A photo blog. Cause it’s been a long while since we’ve had one.
Soon we’ll be heading on up to Indiana to visit my Uncle. We’ll be dragging along all our camera equipment in hopes of trading up to a nicer model. (Hopefully D300 or better)
But, here’s some of my old favs. Don’t worry, I fully plan on doing a post entirely dedicated to my wife’s impressive body….of work. Ha. I love semantics. Wordplay….who am I talking to?
Believe it or not, I didn’t touch up this photo at all. I captured this sunrise one morning on the way out to my Mom’s. I saw this setting and literally pulled over to the side of the road to capture this. The lighting was surreal and makes it look almost…painted.
After a long day in Mexico, I stopped on the dock on the way back to our ship, and snapped a Mexican sunset. The palm tree offered a picture perfect “frame” Ha! I kill myself sometimes….*ahem*
The Louisville skyline offers a night photographer’s dreamscape.
This one…was heavily edited (obviously) but no more than the purpose of making everything BUT the leaves black and white.
My Lovely Wife. In Savannah, for our first anniversary. This photo embodies so much about how we spent our time. Walking around, exploring, taking pictures…
I do have more. And I will post more. Perhaps when I have more time. Photography is something we both do as a hobby, but take fairly serious. Something we’d like to be more invested in. Which of course takes money, above all things. And time. Neither of which we have the amount necessary to delve into the realm of “serious” photography. But…it will happen. Eventually.

>Thanks for sharing 🙂 Enjoyed the eye-candy and the wordplay… I was feeling all scandalized for a moment there (as if that's even possible);) Damn, I wish I could frame a decent photograph. More please?
