These cookies are thick gooey rich chocolatey and filled to the brim with chocolate chips, mini M&M’s, marshmallow bits, and pretzel pieces. They are a snack lover’s dream! I wanted a brownie like chocolate cookie, but I thought filling it with some favorite snack mix-ins would be fun and add a nice texture to these….
